New Regional Director Appointment
A short while ago, the new Regional Director for @WHOSEARO was formally appointed.
The director expressed humility and a commitment to working with a spirit of cooperation and partnership to implement their vision for the region.
They thanked Member States for the trust placed in them and expressed gratitude to the @WHO Executive Board. The director acknowledged the support in the room and highlighted the importance of collaboration in the journey ahead.
